Personalised Engraving
Engraving accommodates up to 40 characters in a single line, including spaces. Character limits are displayed in real time during personalisation. Three distinct font styles are available to complement your chosen message.
Our online personalisation supports English text engraving. For requests involving other languages, symbols, logos, or bespoke design elements, our Concierge team will be pleased to review your requirements. Additional design or setup fees may apply depending on complexity.

Yes. Laser engraving permanently marks the blade surface and will not fade or wear under normal use and care.

We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide.
Domestic express delivery and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selection.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused, non-personalised items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Concierge team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs along with a brief description of the issue.

No. The SPLENDOUR Champagne Sabre is not sharpened for cutting. It is engineered specifically for the ceremonial act of sabrage, where precision and controlled force allow the bottle neck to separate cleanly.
When performed correctly, sabrage is a controlled ceremonial technique. We recommend reviewing our step-by-step Sabrage Guide prior to use and ensuring the bottle is properly chilled. Always direct the bottle away from people and fragile objects.
The Champagne Sabre must be transported in checked luggage only.
Although designed for ceremonial use and featuring a dull blade edge, it may be considered a restricted item in carry-on baggage due to its appearance.
We recommend securely wrapping the sabre before placing it in checked luggage. As airline and security regulations may vary, we advise confirming directly with your airline or the relevant aviation authority prior to travel.
