Personalised Engraving
The engraving allows up to 40 characters in one line (including spaces). Character limits will be displayed on-screen as you customise.
Can I engrave in other languages or include design elements apart from English?
Our website currently supports text engraving in English only. However, we are happy to accommodate requests for engraving in other languages or adding specific design elements. Additional costs may apply for engraving images or non-standard designs. Personalised laser engraving requires an additional 2–3 business days to process before shipping. For urgent order inquiries or same-day dispatch, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist whenever possible.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Currently we offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide. For domestic express delivery and international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
