All orders placed on the MOD LUXE online store (mod.luxe) are dispatched within the same or next business day from our fulfilment location in Sydney.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

• Prices displayed on the MOD LUXE online store include GST for Australian customers.
• No additional import duties or taxes apply to domestic orders within Australia.
• Unless otherwise specified, delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders, Customs Fees & Import Duties

For orders delivered outside Australia:

• The recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
• These fees are collected directly by your local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier’s name and tracking details (if available).
