All orders placed via mod.luxe are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our fulfilment centre in Sydney, Australia.

For personalised items, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for engraving prior to dispatch.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Prices displayed on the MOD LUXE online store include GST for Australian customers.

Domestic Australian orders are not subject to additional import duties or taxes.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

International Orders, Customs Fees & Import Duties

For orders delivered outside Australia, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or related charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

As regulations vary by jurisdiction, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further guidance prior to placing your order.

Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable for parcels refused due to unpaid import charges.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your carrier details and tracking information.

Tracking updates may take a short period to activate after dispatch.
