This Limited Warranty applies to MOD LUXE products purchased directly from mod.luxe

It outlines the warranty coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.

1. Warranty Coverage

MOD LUXE provides a one (1) year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

If a defect is confirmed, MOD LUXE will determine, at its discretion, whether to:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days — whichever is longer.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, surface ageing, or material patina resulting from regular use
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Improper storage

Products showing signs of alteration, tampering, or removal of original identification markings may void warranty coverage.

To the extent permitted by law, MOD LUXE is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

4. Warranty Claims

Include your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

If inspection is required, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by MOD LUXE where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

5. Non-Warranty Service

If your product falls outside warranty coverage, non-warranty repair options may be available. Associated costs will be communicated prior to any service.

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
